Terms & Conditions

Last updated 11 May 2026

These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your purchase and use of a Wild Card membership. By buying a Wild Card or creating an account in the Wild Card app, you agree to these Terms. They are issued by Wildcard (WE) Ltd (company number 14271467), “Wild Card”, “we”, “us”.

1. Membership

Wild Card is a digital discount membership. We negotiate offers with third-party partner venues and surface them to members via the Wild Card mobile app. Discounts are honoured by the partner venue at the point of sale; Wild Card itself does not process the underlying transaction.

2. Eligibility

Membership is restricted to full-time and part-time students aged 16 or over. We may ask for proof of student status at sign-up. If we find that you do not qualify, we may suspend or remove your membership without refund.

3. Account responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and your details current. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. We may require you to reset your password at any time.

4. Use of offers

  • Offers are subject to change without notice. Partners may add, amend or withdraw any offer at any time.
  • If a partner declines to honour a Wild Card offer, contact us at info@thewildcard.uk. If you continue with the purchase at full price, you accept that full-price sale.
  • Discount codes and offers may not be combined with other promotions unless the partner explicitly permits it.
  • Abuse of Wild Card offers — including misrepresenting your eligibility, sharing accounts, or attempting to use the card after the membership has lapsed — may result in permanent removal without refund.

5. Partner content

Information about partner offers is provided by the partner and reproduced in good faith. Wild Card is not liable for inaccuracies, withdrawn offers, or the quality of goods and services provided by a partner.

6. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate any account, with or without notice, where we reasonably believe the account has been compromised, the member no longer meets eligibility requirements, or these Terms have been breached.

7. Third-party links and advertising

The Wild Card app and website may link to or surface third-party services. We do not control those services and accept no liability for their content, products or practices.

8. Refunds

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not used your membership to claim an offer. To request a refund email info@thewildcard.uk.

9. Lost or stolen cards

The Wild Card is held within the mobile app and is tied to your account, not your device. If you lose your phone, reinstall the app, sign back in, and your membership is restored. Where a physical card has been issued you are responsible for keeping it safe; replacements are at the member's cost.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wild Card's aggregate liability under these Terms is limited to the amount paid for your most recent membership renewal. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

11. Trademarks

All Wild Card branding is the property of Wildcard (WE) Ltd. Partner trademarks are the property of their respective owners and used only to identify the partner.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this URL with the “last updated” date.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
